Our 100% Italian fresh Basil is cold pressed within 24 hours to lock in all of the qualities of fresh basil.
We then add Extra Virgin Olive Oil and DOP Italian Cheese to respect the authentic Genoese recipe.

Sunflower oil, basil 32%, CASHEWS 5%, GRANA PADANO CHEESE 4,6 (Contains EGGS),
salt, MILK proteins, extra virgin olive oil 2%, PEPCORINO ROMANO DOP CHEESE 1,2%,
pine nuts 1%, garlic, acidity regulator: Also may contain other nuts, peanuts, fish, celery, soy and mustard.
