We sourced Blueberries and raspberries that are sweet and juicy to produce this high-fruit-content jam, with wonderfully fragrant Lavender complementing the overall fruit & floral flavour profile.
We use unrefined brown sugar – & the minimum required to create jam – the result is a preserve packed with natural fruit taste.
