Microwave for 3 - 5 minutes

Remove sleeve and film from container. Place in the centre of the microwave. Heat on 100% power for 3-5 minutes. If heating from frozen allow 10-12 minutes. Please check that the food is hot throughout before serving.

PLEASE NOTE: If heated from frozen, the product could form excess water in container and the corners of the meal could get very dry.

DEFROSTING Guidlines

For best results defrost in the refrigerator overnight OR remove from freezer the same day 3 - 5 hours before use and allow to defrost at room temperature (do not leave it in direct sunlight). Once defrosted do not refreeze.
